We learned from our Realtor today that the house we had put an offer on is going into bankruptcy and the gentleman in charge of the Trust will not sell it. He is going to wait and put it up for auction, so we will not be buying this home :(
We will start the search once again, and if we haven't found anything that we love before the home goes up for auction, we might consider looking into buying it that way.
We shall see.
I am so bummed! I hope you find one close when you get the home you buy.
