We found a house that we absolutely love!!! So we have decided that instead of waiting for our house to sell we'll just rent this one and see if we can buy that one! We put in an offer today, but it is a short sale, so we may not know anything for quiet some time. It is in a great location (close to where we used to live) and just the right size! Even the yard will be perfect! It will need a few cosmetic updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but it has great details and little things that Shannon and I have always thought would be nice, like: a purple tree in the front yard, big rock boulders in the landscaping, and a wash sink in the laundry room; just to name a few!
