Flag Football

Spencer had been doing flag-football since the beginning of August and he is LOVING it! I wasn't so sure he would...he can be a little timid, but he is doing awesome! Here in Boise there are several different places that do flag-football: PALS (Police Activites League), YMCA, and Optimists. Optimists is by far the most competivite and that is who Spencer is playing with. He says he wants to play football for BSU, and we decided that if he is serious, then that's the place he needs to be. I think the most intense part of the league is actually the parents. Before school started he had practice 4 times a week for an hour and a half. Now he has it 3 times a week for one hour. He still has a lot to learn, but he seems to be catching on and having fun.
