Weight Loss Journey

Most of you know that I have been doing Weight Watchers..and that I am loving it! I hate exercising and I love food. Weight Watchers lets me eat what I want, I just can't sit down and eat a WHOLE bag of potato chips any more. I also eat alot more veggies and fruit, and I like that I don't have to cook that different for the family, most of our meals work for me. Since I started in September, I have lost just over 20 pounds! I need to loose another 15-20 to reach my goal weight, but as I get closer, that might change. It's amazing how a little change in eating habbits has really made a difference. I wish it could be this easy for everyone.
