Parkour

Spencer and Preston have been taking Parkour this summer. It is fun to watch them run, jump, and attempt to flip. It's even funnier to watch them do forward rolls and cartwheels. I shouldn't laugh too much seeing as how I can't do them either, never been able to. 

Preston came home from a birthday party the other day and proudly announced that he did a cartwheel.
