The TV we had, Shannon got before we were married (so around 13 years he's had it). Everyone at his work couldn't believe we hadn't bought a new flat screen yet, so in August we did, even though our TV still worked. Last week the new TV stopped working...it just wouldn't turn on, but it still has power because the light is on. That's what we get for replacing something before it needed it. The TV repair man came and after working on it for a while, informed me that he needed to order a part and it won't be in until next Thursday. At least it's under warranty.
We don't have cable or satelite, so it has not been that big of a deal, I'm just glad we can plug the Wii into our protable DVD player!
I stayed up late working on treats for Spencer's Halloween Party at school. My original idea didn't work, so I had to come up with something else. I was going to make witches out of cupcakes and sugar cones, but the proportion wasn't right. So I made brownie bites and Hershey Kisses to make the witches instead. Look how cute they turned out!!
Those are too cute. Spencer's class was lucky!
