Shannon's grandma Dorothy passed away this last week at the age of 88. Dorothy was a wonderful and loving grandma/great-grandma. She would often tell me of all the times she took care of Michael when he was little, and I think she missed doing it after Shannon and I got married. It was fun to hear her life sketch and learn more about her, like living in a tent/tp, and never wanting to date/remarry after losing her husband to a brain tumor, because he was the love of her life, even though she was 40 and had 5 kids. It's nice to have the knowledge that she is in Heaven reunited with her husband and children and grandchildren that passed on before her. We will always remember her and how she loved to talk and tell stories!

| I had the privilege of arranging her flowers. |
They showed a slide show of pictures of Dorothy's life, and my sister-in-law noticed that there weren't any pictures of the two of them together. I realized there was only one with Dorothy and I. We seem to always be taking the pictures, so we decided we better make sure to get some pictures of us with our mother-in-law.
